He is well-versed in providing legal services to both corporate and individual clients. His strong courtroom skills and commitment to client advocacy are hallmarks of his professional career. Mr. Luna has a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering. In the past, he was an Oregon-Licensed Tax Preparer and a California-Licensed Notary.

Mr. Luna's dedication to the legal field and his passion to share his knowledge was demonstrated by his past stints as a Lecturer and Faculty Member teaching various law subjects, both at the law school and collegiate level. Mr. Luna is an avid sports fan and is all about his 'futbol' and football teams. Mr. Luna also has a Technics turntable collection where he regularly plays his 80's New Wave Vinyl Collection.
